Abstract: A topological quantum field theory, summed over topologies, is holographically dual to an ensemble of conformal field theories. I'll describe this correspondence in detail for Abelian TQFTs in 2+1 dimensions and ensembles of Narain CFTs. I'll also discuss extensions to non-Abelian theories and other dimensions.
