Packard 213 HP Printer Install - WINDOWS

 Connecting to Packard 2nd Floor HP 9040 MFP Printer - Windows Computer

  1. In the Search bar, type printers & scanners <Enter>
  2. Click Add a printer or scanner
  3. Click “The printer that I want isn’t listed” link
  4. Select “Add a printer using an IP address or hostname”, make sure Device type is IPP Device, and enter ipps://ee-printing.stanford.edu:631/printers/copyroom9040
  5. Click Next
  6. When the Add Printer Wizard pops up, select the manufacturer of the printer (HP) and then the driver of the printer (HP LaserJet 9040 9050 MFP) on the right. If the driver isn't present on your system, go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-9040-9050-… download the driver for your OS. WINDOWS 11 USERS - select Microsoft and Universal Print Driver PS for your driver.
  7. Click OK
  8. When you see the message “You’ve successfully added copyroom9040 on http://ee-printing.stanford.edu:631”, click Next
  9. You can then click Print a test page, or just click Finish
